Our project Alashgaar Compound which means “the trees” in Arabic, will constitute more than 150 luxurious villas and a commercial area, school, hospital, and many other facilities. The project’s design is highly sophisticated with a modern touch that makes it fancy yet minimalist. Each Villa will reflect a tremendous dedication to quality through fine craftsmanship, premier materials, and attention to the most thoughtful details.

- -We will offer an adequate Security and Guarding System where every street will be under the surveillance of cameras. This step is taken to ensure that no mishaps occur and our residents can feel safe and protected all the time. The guards will also be present at every block
- -The project is located in Egypt’s most Luscious Green Areas. The place has clean air, a freshwater supply, and a proper water management system. More than 500 different kinds of plant species reside here. The location is also home to different types of exotic birds and insects. The area is perfect for every walks, jogging, cycling
